Outpost Gallifrey http://www.gallifreyone.com has been putting up
more news regarding the new series of episodes coming in 2005, many
courtesy of Doctor Who Magazine issue 350. In the broadcasting
department, it looks like the series will start in late March. This
could definitely change. A decision on whether to make a second
series will be based on the ratings the first series gets, and the
speculation is that a second series would not arrive before fall
2006.
DirecTV http://www.directv.com subscribers in the Quad Cities area of Iowa & Illinois are among several cities that can now subscribe to local broadcast channels through the satellite. Unlike Dish Network http://www.dishnetwork.com , DirecTV has remembered to include the Iowa Public TV http://www.iptv.org affiliate, giving another option to see Doctor Who. For now anyway.
New Hampshire Public TV http://www.nhptv.org drops Doctor Who this week after a 24 year run, saying goodbye with The Hand Of Fear part 4.
